Refunds and Returns

At Starlink Installers Network, we facilitate connections between customers and expert Starlink installers and provide a platform for classified listings. This Refund and Return Policy applies to installation bookings facilitated by us and tangible items purchased directly through Starlink Installers Network. For transactions involving listings, see below for details.
 
Installation Bookings Facilitated by Starlink Installers Network
  • Deposits & Cancellations: All bookings facilitated by Starlink Installers Network require a refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation are eligible for a full refund. If approved, refunds will be submitted for processing on the day of the request and returned to the customer’s original payment method within an average of 7–21 days, but no later than 30 days.
  • Completed Installations: Once an installation is completed by a contracted installer and confirmed as functional, no refunds will be issued. Any issues arising from the installation are the responsibility of the customer and the installer, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
  • Rescheduling: To reschedule an installation, contact us at (866) 276-3331 at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. We will coordinate with the installer, but rescheduling is subject to their availability.
Installations Booked Through Classified Listings
  • No Refunds for Listings-Based Bookings: Starlink Installers Network does not provide refunds for installations booked directly through our classified listings. Any disputes, cancellations, or refund requests arising from such bookings must be resolved directly between the customer and the installer. We are not responsible for facilitating or mediating these transactions.
Tangible Items (Starlink Accessories)
  • Accessories Purchased Directly Through Starlink Installers Network: If you purchase Starlink accessories (e.g., mounts, cables, adapters) directly from Starlink Installers Network, they may be eligible for a refund if returned in unused and original condition. The refund process begins once the returned items are received and inspected by us. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the customer’s original payment method within an average of 7–21 days, but no later than 30 days. For return instructions, contact us at (866) 276-3331.
  • Accessories Purchased Through Classified Listings: For Starlink accessories purchased through our classified listings, all refund and return matters must be resolved directly between the customer and the listing poster. Starlink Installers Network is not involved in these transactions and bears no responsibility for facilitating refunds, returns, or dispute resolutions.
Classified Listings
  • Listings Policies: Refunds or cancellations related to listing postings (e.g., 14-day free trial, standard listings at $5 for 30 days, or sponsored listings at $15 for 30 days) are governed by our Terms of Use. Please refer to the Terms of Use for details on listing fees, trial periods, and termination policies.
Subscriptions
  • Subscription Cancellations: If Starlink Installers Network offers monthly subscriptions (e.g., for premium features), these can be canceled at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused service periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
